Step 2 of 6 - Log Onto HCMS

Now that we are plugged in to our communication platforms, we need to verify all of our information to begin getting appointed with the carriers.

You will be receiving a series of emails from HCMS. Please follow the prompts in those emails to create your account. Below is a summary of the process:

Please Note: When completing HCMS Profile, be sure to add your NIPR/NPN #s and SS#s.  In order create requests or have requests created for them with this missing information, AS WE ONLY HAVE ONE OPPORTUNITY TO UPDATE THIS INFO.  Inaccurate inputs will have to be corrected by the HCMS Support Team, which will delay our start date. 

 

1. First Email

Will have the subject Family First Life (FFL) - Onboarding for New Agent"

It will prompt you to review and edit personal info and create password to complete the HCMS profile

The email will come from no-reply@uppatop.com

Completion will trigger the second email 

 

 

 

2. Second Email

Will have the subject "Family First Life (FFL) Onboarding Completed" 

It will prompt you to create your HCMS login

The email will come from no-reply@uppatop.com

Completion will trigger the third email 

 

 

 

 

3. Third Email

Will have the subject "Family First Life (FFL) Contracting Process" 

The email will come from no-reply@uppatop.com

You will be receiving a SureLC link letting us know we can begin getting set up with the carriers. 

DO NOT BEGIN. FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT. SEE BELOW

 

 

ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE 3rd EMAIL STEP 2 IS NOW COMPLETE. GO BACK TO YOUR EMAIL AND CLICK ON "READY FOR STEP 3"
